Keyboard navigation
Every route, control and form field is reachable with the keyboard alone. A skip link jumps straight to the main content, focus is always visible, and the mobile menu traps focus while open and closes on Escape.
Accessibility
Accessibility is a working requirement for this site, not a statement. If something here blocks you, there is a direct path to a person — and a commitment to fix it.
Commitment
Miami Systems aims to conform to theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA across this website. That means perceivable text contrast, content that works without a mouse, readable structure for assistive technology, and forms that explain themselves when something goes wrong.
The site is built to those rules and reviewed against them at each release: heading order, focus visibility, labels, error handling, touch target size, and behaviour at zoom. Where a third-party component or linked external page falls short, that is called out rather than glossed over.
This is a commitment, not a certification — the site has not been formally audited by an external accessibility firm. When an issue is found, it gets fixed.
What this site supports
Built in from the first page, not bolted on afterwards.
Every route, control and form field is reachable with the keyboard alone. A skip link jumps straight to the main content, focus is always visible, and the mobile menu traps focus while open and closes on Escape.
The site uses semantic landmarks — banner, primary navigation, main and footer — one h1 per page with ordered headings beneath it, labelled breadcrumbs, and form fields tied to their error messages through aria-describedby and aria-invalid.
Scroll-reveal animations and transitions are disabled when your system asks for reduced motion — those visitors get content immediately, in its final position, with nothing waiting to animate in.
All inputs have persistent visible labels, errors appear inline next to the field that caused them, and validation moves focus to the first problem. Nothing is required twice, and the consent control is a real checkbox.
The palette is built for strong text contrast on dark and light sections, and layouts reflow from wide screens down to 390px without horizontal scrolling — tap targets are sized for touch.
Images carry descriptions of what is visibly in the frame — space types, finishes, drawings — and decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
Found a barrier
No ticket queue and no chatbot — accessibility reports go to the same desk as everything else.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, emailInfo@miamisystemsgc.com or call561-394-5450. Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and which browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it.
You will get a reply from the company acknowledging the issue, and the page in question will be corrected or an accessible alternative provided. If a response would be helped by a phone call instead of email, say so and we will call.
