This notice covers miamisystemsgc.com, the website of Miami Systems, Inc. It describes what happens when you browse the site, use the project inquiry form, or contact the office directly. Last updated October 19, 2026.

What the inquiry form collects

The project inquiry form on the contact page asks for: your full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), project type, project location, approximate size, timing, project details, and your consent to be contacted about the inquiry.

How it works today: the form runs entirely in your browser. When you submit it, it prepares an email in your own mail application — it does not transmit anything to a server, because this site does not yet have a form endpoint connected. Your entries stay on your device unless you choose to send that email. Once an endpoint is configured, this notice will be updated to describe where inquiries are delivered and how they are stored.

What we do with it

If you email or call Miami Systems, the details you share — including the contents of your message and any attachments such as drawings or a résumé — are used to respond to you and to evaluate the project or inquiry you raised. Correspondence is kept as part of the company's ordinary business records.

What this site does not do

This site runs no advertising, no marketing pixels and no third-party tracking of your browsing. It sets no advertising or marketing cookies of its own. Nothing you enter in the form is sent anywhere automatically, and the site does not sell information about you — there is no behavioural data being collected here to sell.

Analytics, when configured

The site is built to load privacy-oriented analytics only when the owner enables them (Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, or Plausible). If analytics are switched on, they measure aggregate usage — which pages are visited and from where — and those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. If no analytics are configured, no analytics scripts load at all. No analytics identifier is hard-coded into this site.

Links to other places

The site links to social channels —LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok— and to public sources cited on project and company pages. Those destinations have their own privacy policies, and this site has no control over what they collect.

Children

This is a business-to-business construction website. It is not directed at children, and the company does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
