Heritage
A contractor built in one lane, for the long run.
Miami Systems has spent its published history on one kind of work — commercial interiors in South Florida — inside buildings that stay open while the work happens.
Company materials describe a history reaching back nearly forty years. That is the phrase the company publishes for its own record, and it is the one used here rather than a founding date stamped across the site.
What the published record does show is consistency of purpose: office and industrial interior construction across South Florida, extended to medical, retail and tenant-improvement work where the same disciplines apply. Walk the space, read the drawings, test the scope against the budget, surface the constraints early — that sequence has not changed because the buildings have.
Interiors reward patience with detail: millwork that lines up, lighting that lands where the drawings say it should, finishes that hold up to a daily walkthrough. It is unglamorous, repeatable work, and repeating it well is the whole story.

Process
Four stages, one accountable path.
Plan, coordinate, build, deliver — the sequence Miami Systems publishes for every interior project, with no duration promises attached to it.

- 01
Plan
We walk the space, read the drawings, test the scope against the budget and surface the constraints early — so the number you approve is the number you build from.
- 02
Coordinate
Permits, long-lead procurement and trade coordination are sequenced into one schedule. Regulatory hurdles are handled as a plan with an owner, not an interruption.
- 03
Build
Field supervision, disciplined quality control and continuous communication keep the work moving through an occupied, operating building without losing the finish standard.
- 04
Deliver
Punch, walkthrough, documentation and handover — closing the project cleanly so your team can move in and get to work.
Focus
What the company holds itself to.
Four published focus areas. They are commitments about how the work is run — pricing, process, budgeting and the regulatory work nobody else wants to own.
Competitive Pricing
Pricing built from real takeoffs and open scopes — not optimistic allowances.
Transparent Process
A clear, documented path from first walkthrough to final turnover.
Development and Budgeting
Early budgeting that keeps design ambition and cost in the same conversation.
Overcoming Regulatory Hurdles
Permitting and code challenges handled as a plan, not a surprise.

Solutions
Four ways the work gets delivered.
Construction management, building renovations, value engineering, and design-build — each described in full on the expertise pages.
